We purchased our first Meyer Garrity home in 2001.  We were new to the area, Ted just started a new job and we were pregnant with our twins.  Due to our financial situation home ownership was something we thought was impossible for us, until we met the folks from Meyer Garrity.  We found we could purchase a high quality home in a great neighborhood on our tight budget.  After two years in our Meyer Garrity home and with another little one on the way we needed a larger home.  We contacted Meyer Garrity and they helped give us a good idea of what price we could list our home for and we started working on the design of a new home.  In two weeks we sold our home and had enough equity to be able to afford our current home which is twice the square footage and has many custom upgrades.  All together we have lived in Meyer Garrity Homes for the past six years.   The workmanship and quality is first rate.   We look forward to purchasing our next home from them.
