We are committed to the Gallatin Valley and will be here long after you purchase a Meyer-Garrity Home.  The three members of Meyer-Garrity Group have lived here for a combined total of 79 years, two are natives of Montana, and none of them plan on calling any other place ‘home’!

History

Meyer-Garrity Group (formerly Garrity Homes) is a local real estate builder/developer which was founded in 1988 by Michael Garrity. Meyer-Garrity Group’s focus is on providing quality, affordable housing with progressive and functional designs in the Gallatin Valley.
Since 1988, Meyer-Garrity Group has constructed homes in many subdivisions including Brentwood, Cascade, New Hyalite, Kable, Ball Park Greens, Creekside, Fieldstone, Stonebrook, The Settlement, River Rock, West Meadow, Landmark, Diamond Estates, Lauren Glen, Las Campanas and Oak Springs. These subdivisions are located in the cities of Bozeman, Belgrade, Churchill and Three Forks, Montana.
