| Meyer-Garrity
Group (formerly Garrity Homes) is a local real estate builder/developer
which was founded in 1988 by Michael Garrity. Meyer-Garrity
Group’s focus is on providing quality, affordable housing
with progressive and functional designs in the Gallatin Valley. Since
1989, Meyer-Garrity Group has constructed hundreds of homes
in many subdivisions including Brentwood, Cascade, New Hyalite,
Kable, Ball Park Greens, Creekside, Fieldstone, Stonebrook,
The Settlement, River Rock, West Meadow, Landmark, Diamond
Estates, Lauren Glen, Las Campanas and Oak Springs. These
subdivisions are located in the cities of Bozeman, Belgrade,
Churchill and Three Forks, Montana. In the past two decades,
Meyer-Garrity Group has featured several homes in the local
Parade of Homes. |

Jeff Meyer
Jeff Meyer, President and
co-owner of Meyer-Garrity Group, has been with the company
since it’s inception. Jeff oversees all facet of the
company including: marketing, building, sales, development,
and land acquisition. Jeff is a native of Bozeman has more
than 25 years experience in the building industry. |

Kelly Pernarowski
Kelly Pernarowski has been with the company
since 1996 and is Vice President - Sales and Marketing and
a co-owner. Kelly is a graduate of Montana State University
where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. Kelly
also attended Connole-Morton School of Real Estate where she
earned her real estate license and is currently a sales associate
at Coldwell Banker RCI Realty. |

Claudia Lubin
Claudia Lubin, Vice President-Controller
and a co-owner, has been with the company since 1994. Claudia
has a strong educational background in finance, including international
experience in Australia and New Zealand. As a highly organized
person, she is in charge of the day to day finances within the
company. |
