| Meyer-Garrity
Group (formerly Garrity Homes) is a local real estate builder/developer
which was founded in 1988 by Michael Garrity. Meyer-Garrity
Group’s focus is on providing quality, affordable housing
with progressive and functional designs in the Gallatin Valley. Since
1989, Meyer-Garrity Group has constructed hundreds of homes
in many subdivisions including Brentwood, Cascade, New Hyalite,
Kable, Ball Park Greens, Creekside, Fieldstone, Stonebrook,
The Settlement, River Rock, West Meadow, Landmark, Diamond
Estates, Lauren Glen, Las Campanas and Oak Springs. These
subdivisions are located in the cities of Bozeman, Belgrade,
Churchill and Three Forks, Montana. In the past two decades,
Meyer-Garrity Group has featured several homes in the local
Parade of Homes. |

Jeff Meyer
Jeff Meyer, President and
Owner of Meyer-Garrity Group, has been with the company
since it’s inception. Jeff oversees all facet of the
company including: marketing, building, sales, development,
and land acquisition. Jeff is a native of Bozeman has more
than 25 years experience in the building industry. |

Kim Meyer
Kim Meyer is a Sales Associate with
Keller Williams Montana Realty in Bozeman.
Kim can support and service your real estate needs whether buying
or selling, with the highest professionalism and integrity. Supporting
individual client needs in order to achieve a successful real
estate experience in her top priority.
In 1995, Kim successfully
obtained a Series 7 National Securities License and a Series
63 State Securities License. In 1998 Kim obtained the Series
65 Registered Investment Advisor License. 2008 - America's Best
Real Estate Education. Kim, with her husband and three children,
live in Bozeman. They have watched and been part of the Gallatin
Valley growth. Montana is an incredible environment to live,
work and play. |
